BREWPUBLIK’s Client Admin Dashboard is your go-to resource to track your previous orders, create maintenance requests, view our online store, and see what’s currently on your taps.
To access the dashboard, you must first take your company’s Initial Taste Profile survey. If you don’t have a link to the survey, ask your office manager, contact us directly at email@example.com, or chat us on our website. Your BREWPUBLIK rep will give you access to the dashboard as an admin.
Using the Admin Dashboard, you can easily see keg locations and receive status updates. As an Admin, you have the ability to view your team’s ratings for specific beers and pull PDF info sheets on select beers by clicking the green link below each selection.
You can now view and schedule upcoming deliveries for beer, wine, liquor, and anything else directly through the Admin Dashboard. If you are a client on automatic replenishment, you’ll see orders added automatically before each delivery.
To add a simple alcohol delivery, click the orange button and schedule away. Your BREWPUBLIK rep will follow up with you to confirm the details.
You can also schedule an event using the same process. In the example, Pied Piper requested a beer tasting and bartending service for an all-hands meeting on 09/16/17.
Keep track of all of your beverage maintenance requests on the dashboard. You can easily request a BREWPUBLIK Maintenance Tech to stop by your office and quickly fix any problem that arises.
